Tui Na

Tui Na is the Chinese term for "push-pull". This massage incorporates a variety of manual techniques including rolling, acupressure, joint mobilization, stretching, various orthopedic techniques. You will leave feeling both relaxed and energized after the treatment.

Dr. Davina began her study of acupuncture by first being a patient.. From her own lived experience she understands both the burden of chronic pain and illness, but also the tremendous relief available from Chinese medicine.

She studied Chinese medicine at Five Branches University and graduated at the top of her class, earning a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM). She currently specializes in pain management, stress reduction and women’s health. She is trauma informed, and able to work with patients who have experienced traumatic events.

A former infertility warrior, Iris has a deep understanding of women’s health from her own experience.

With tremendous help from acupuncture and Chinese herbs, she regained her reproductive health and conceived naturally. Since, she has pursued an expertise in women’s health and fertility.

She treats internal medicine concerns and specializes in fertility enhancement, PCOS, miscarriage prevention, prenatal and postpartum care, and gynecological disorders. She focuses on getting to the root cause of the illness and treating the whole body as one.

While she finds joy in assisting couples to achieve their dream of family, she is also dedicated to educating other acupuncturists and patients through writing and seminars.

Iris is licensed in CA and nationally board-certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM. She is a member of the Institute of Juheng Acupuncture & Moxibustion, the World Acupuncture Mission, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She is currently finishing a Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the Pacific College of Health and Science after a decade of vast array of clinical experience.

Beth Schiffman has an M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine, from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM). She is a FABORM Fellow and is board-certified to treat infertility.

Her focus is on internal medicine with an emphasis on reproductive health for both men and women.

She is the founder and Managing Director of Many Lives Chinese Medicine and the NorCal Fertility Group, which is a specialized group of Fertility Acupuncturists dedicated to serving the San Francisco Bay Area.

Beth is passionate about helping all people feel their total best and assisting couples and individuals to build their families.
